Terms of service

These terms describe access to PortalSAC’s web and mobile field-service tools for authorized organizational users in Canada.

Accounts and company administration

PortalSAC creates organization workspaces through a reviewed onboarding process. The organization administrator is responsible for authorized use, accurate account information, member invitations and role assignments. Users must protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Access and availability

Public registration, self-service subscriptions and in-app purchases are not currently available. A demo request does not create an account or require payment. Organization access and available functions are confirmed during onboarding.

Customer data

Each company controls the work records and files it submits. The company must have authority to provide that data and must avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. PortalSAC processes data to operate, secure and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use PortalSAC unlawfully, attempt to bypass account or plan limits, probe other companies’ data, disrupt the service, upload malicious content or share access with unauthorized people.

Service changes and availability

The service may change as it develops. Maintenance, provider failures and events outside reasonable control can affect availability. Customers should keep appropriate copies of operationally critical exports and source records.

Suspension and termination

PortalSAC may suspend access for abuse, security risk, unauthorized use or an organization’s request. Suspension does not automatically delete company data. Account and data requests follow the Privacy Policy.
