PortalSAC App Review information.
PortalSAC is an account-based field service and audit platform for authorized technicians and organization administrators.
Product purpose
The app organizes assigned work orders, technician visits, audits, working hours, inventory and service reports. Available records and actions depend on the signed-in user’s organization and permissions.
Review access
Apple reviewers: use the credentials and instructions supplied privately in the App Review Information section of App Store Connect. Credentials are intentionally not published on this website.
The review account opens an isolated environment containing fictional demonstration records. It does not expose live customer data. Keep the supplied account active throughout the review.
Suggested review path
- Sign in with the review account provided in App Store Connect.
- Open the Service workspace and review fictional assigned work and visit history.
- Open the Audit workspace and inspect demonstration sites and devices.
- Review working-hours, inventory and report functions available to the supplied role.
